At Dermal Advantage, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, when you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% of booked services fee. This fee helps cover the aesthetician’s time and the disruption to our schedule.
